Also, I can’t tell you how important it is for a property manager to know how to screen applicants very well. You want to make sure you get quality people at your homes. They will be staying and taking care of your homes in your absence. Owner should be nervous when they hear a property manager say references and background checks were not done.
A property manager knows how to complete quality accounting for your property. We are here to alleviate the stress in all aspects. We send out monthly statements, and do tax documentation at the end of the year. We track all the expenses coming in and going out and we should be able to communicate with you.
